Who We Are

Care & Code Collective is a specialist recruitment partner working across two critical sectors: high-growth technology startups and in-home care and not-for-profit organisations.

We support tech startups as they scale before, during, and after Series A, B and C — helping founders build capable teams, establish structure and reduce hiring friction during periods of rapid growth.

Alongside this, we work with in-home care providers, NDIS organisations and not-for-profits to recruit people who understand responsibility, continuity of care and values-led service delivery.
